About You:

  • Microsoft Navision experience desirable
  • Attention to detail coupled with a high level of data entry accuracy
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both independently, and as a member of a team
  • Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Vehicle spare parts or mechanical aptitude is helpful

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in sourcing the best products at competitive prices
  • Setting up schedules and assisting with fleet documentation
  • Reviewing stock levels and understanding essential items
  • Running reports and generating purchase orders
  • Liaising with mechanically minded staff in the company's other offices & workshops
  • Accurate data entry of work orders received daily from teams
  • Assist with processing invoices and End of Month reconciliations
  • Other general duties specific to a purchasing role.
If successful, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with drug and alcohol testing.
