Role Overview
As the Operations and Compliance Manager, you'll be at the helm of our operational efficiency and regulatory adherence. Your expertise will drive our team to deliver exceptional property management services without the burden of portfolio management.

Team Leadership:
Lead and support our team of property managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Training and Development:

About You
To be successful on this role, you must hold a Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate and must have current Driver's License with a reliable vehicle.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve collective goals.
