Responsibilities:

  • Assist construction project managers to create project schedules
  • Maintain accurate work logs of construction activities, job information sheets, and financial reporting inputs
  • Oversee construction contract administration ensuring contract documentation requirements are met throughout the construction experience
  • Prepare/review any licence or form required prior to store openings
  • Streamline processes and data storage to bolster the efficiency of future projects
  • Develop standard operating procedures and checklists for the department
  • Register assets, if necessary, upon completion of projects to protect our interests
  • Handle all billing requests/invoices of projects and forward to intended payee
  • Ensure all parties compliance with obligation during project

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) years' experience in commercial construction administration
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction standards and practises
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities within a set deadline and budget
  • Attention to details, a high degree of accuracy, and strong numeracy skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Project Management software, DocuSign
  • Willingness to develop a thorough understanding of the Australian Building Code
