Accountable Recruitment Solutions is in search of an experienced/senior Financial Planner to work in Newcastle or Maitland, serving clients across the Hunter Region.

Functioning as a recruitment partner for a well-established Professional Services Firm, we are helping in the hiring process of an Experienced Financial Planner for their medium-sized practice.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Financial Planner/Advisor, you will have a crucial role within the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert Financial advice and services across various matters.
  • Preparing SOA's & ROA's.
  • Delivering Advice to Clients.
  • Working closely with the Financial Planning, Paraplanning, Admin, Accounting & Tax Teams.
  • Managing associated Team Members - Local, Contract Local & Offshore.
  • Reviewing work prepared by Team members.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Managing client relationships - New & Existing.
  • Building & Expanding your network.
  • Participating in Networking Events.
  • Acquiring new clients for the firm.
  • Keeping updated on relevant Finance developments and regulations.
  • Managing KPI's for the Team.

Requirements:

  • Must be Qualified as a Financial Planner.
  • FASEA Qualified
  • ASIC Compliant
  • Current CPD.
  • Current Authorised Representative

Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in Financial Planning
  • Prior Experience with Business Owners/Self Employed - Highly Regarded
  • Prior Experience with HNW Clients - Highly Regarded
  • Prior Experience with SMSF - Highly Regarded
  • Prior Experience with Retirement Planning - Essential
  • Financial Planner Qualifications
  • Experience with Advisor Logic or X-Plan
  • Strong research, communication, and leadership skills
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Compensation:

  • Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 per annum
  • Profit Share: Additional profit-sharing component
  • Professional Development
