Based at our head office in
Silverwater and working closely with the AP Manager and Accounts Payable team, this
full time permanent role is a great opportunity to join an Australian Company which operates within the construction materials industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure process responsibilities are kept effective and efficient continually identifying and implementing improvements
  • Improve process and procedures, with a mindset of curiosity for what could be changed for the better
  • Perform end to end Accounts Payable function
  • Processing of high volume invoices
  • Assisting with monthly reporting
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Excellent and effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new skills and work within a busy team environment
  • Discipline in following procedures and processes

What you will need to succeed

  • Proactive attitude, problem solving skills and willingness to go the extra mile will see you excel in this position
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP or other larger ERP systems
  • Excellent reconciliation skills, and keen eye for detail
  • Intermediate skills in the use of MS Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role would be advantageous
