About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Success Coordinator to join our team at LNW Gaming ANZ Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales opportunities, quotes, and orders in our CRM system with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain data integrity in our CRM system, including conducting routine clean-ups of obsolete data and updating venue information as required.
  • Liaise with the sales team via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all processes are complete for setting up new customers in our CRM system.
  • Update price lists, product library, and truck register in our CRM system.
  • Process customer sponsorship requests and other customer-related agreements outside of our CRM system, obtaining internal approvals as necessary.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data for reporting via regular maintenance calls to account managers.
  • Compile and analyze CRM sales-related data, generating reports for management as requested.
  • Routinely cross-check data with finance on deferred revenue, promotions, purchasing agreements, and allocated conversion pool consumption.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a point-of-resource for other departments in the company relating to customers and our CRM system.

  • Proven ability to ensure work is free from errors and meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all facets of work, ensuring identification of potential issues early.
  • Ability to focus on detail to deliver consistent and reliable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and select alternatives for a solution.
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigating risks and avoiding penalties.
  • Ability to build rapport with sales, ops, finance, and other teams to deliver precise and accurate work, as well as work independently.
Technical Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is highly regarded.
