Job Description
Onsite Rentals is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
About the Role
- Manage, maintain and update internal marketing portals, merchandise portals, signage and uniform portals and support all enquiries and orders.
- Create assets for social media, website, intranet, brochures, signage, event, and internal communications including video and photography imagery as required.
- Monitor communications and requests via social media streams.
- Manage, monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of digital channels.
- Manage and maintain website maintenance, updates and Google Business accounts.
- Assist in the planning and executing of sponsorship and events including coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Support the Tender Team during peak workload periods to include preparing tenders and questionnaires, managing tenders inbox and navigating tender portals to complete compliance.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for proactive candidates with a collaborative mindset, capable of working autonomously as well as in a team. Ideally you will have:
- Strong understanding of and competency in digital marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Proficient use of design software such as the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects with skills in compositing and editing video and photo.
- Advanced skills in office computing applications – Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management skills to complete tasks unsupervised.
- A good eye for design, and the ability to create a visually compelling marketing collateral and content with a high attention to detail.
