Some of the Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and developing HBF's leadership framework to mirror our distinctive culture, values, and strategic aspirations.
  • Redesign and oversee leadership development programs, , to empower exceptional people leaders.
  • Create robust processes for leadership assessment and selection, guaranteeing the appointment of top-tier leaders.
  • Cultivating cohesive leadership teams through fostering trust and fostering open lines of communication.
  • Providing comprehensive reporting and external benchmarking on leader capabilities and efficacy, facilitating continuous improvement and excellence across the organisation.

About You

We're seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for leadership development and a keen understanding of organisational culture. As the ideal candidate, you possess a proven track record in identifying and developing critical leadership capabilities within an organisation that drive measurable results. You have the hunger and drive to innovate and try new approaches to developing leadership capability, and you're not afraid to take risks and revise approach as needed. Your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels sets you apart. With a blend of strategic acumen and practical experience, and a commitment to continuous learning and development, makes you the perfect fit to lead our efforts in cultivating exceptional leadership at HBF.

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or Business (post-graduate optional).
  • Demonstrated ability in Leadership Development, team building/creating high performing teams with proven impact.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing impactful leadership experiences through individual development or programs with proven impact.
  • Accreditation in assessments preferred but not required.
