Categories: Administration, ProductionFoxtel are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Production team and work across our Scripted and Unscripted slate of original productions. The role will provide support on production deliverables and administrative tasks, including but not limited to content deliverables, financial duties such as processing of invoices and expenses, facility management for productions, meetings and screenings, and other requirements across our wide range of producitons and be a key contact between Foxtel and our producing partners.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Provide administrative assistance across Non-Scripted and Scripted Production processes
  • Minute department meetings and distribute minutes and reminders of outstanding jobs
  • Assist the Production Manager with the onboarding of Production Companies once a production is commissioned
  • Be responsible for diary management, domestic & international travel arrangements, and processing expense claims
  • Manage updates to the Local Production Airtable calendar, invoice and expense logging and directories
  • Ad hoc callsheets and crewing arrangements for inhouse productions and shoots
  • Arrange Producer Presentations and ensure technical A/V facilities are supported
  • Organisation and creation of presentations and documents to distribute internally and externally
  • Manage IT requests, including the process for new starter set up and leavers from Foxtel if and as required
  • Be responsible for issuing Sales invoices and tracking payments with external distributors

Your background should include

  • A positive and cando attitude with a strong passion for TV production and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
  • Experience providing administrative support to a team, ideally in within TV/entertainment industry
  • Experience raising and reconciling purchase orders and facilitating invoice payment
  • Sound technical knowledge of television and production processes
  • Advanced MS Office Skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with establishing and maintaining processes and procedures that enable efficient and costeffective management of production resource
