As the Marketing Coordinator, you will provide marketing support to drive brand and sales opportunities through effective campaigns across multiple channels in Australia and New Zealand.

You will be collaborating with the Marketing team on the content of campaigns and the development of campaign assets.

What you'll be doing

  • Working cross functionally to drive overall sales and business performance.
  • Opportunity to create effective brand and retails campaigns across channels.
  • Exposure to the full marketing mix in a dynamic team.
  • Prepare briefs, developing campaigns and supporting the development and delivery of large scale through the line campaigns, including budget management support.
  • Responsible for keeping the team, and partner stakeholders, on track with delivering campaigns on time and managing WIP documents.
  • Work with our Retail Operations Team and Store Managers, Merchandise and Planning Teams, Digital Team, as well as consulting with agency partners to manage content in owned and paid channels.
Who you are

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline preferred.
  • 2+ years marketing experience, working in an agency environment is highly regarded.
  • Real passion for creating and driving retail marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven prioritisation skills with ability to juggle several campaigns at one time.
  • Experience working with external partners and reporting back on results.
  • Experience building eDMs in a CMS platform preferable, but not essential.
