The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing implementation and maintenance of HR Administration framework that align with our business strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract and HR Administration
  • Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including responding to employee and manager enquiries, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide tactical advice on process and forms for line managers for employee lifecycle activities.
  • Identify opportunities in onboarding, and offboarding process including preparing employment contracts and induction material.
  • Identifying, developing, and implementing new policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational needs.
  • Lead project to consolidate HR forms to integrated systems and processes.
  • Coordinate Temp to Perm conversions.
  • HR invoice and purchase order processing.
  • Facilitate Service Award process.
  • Imbed consistent centralised approach for HR administration.
  • Coordinate HR projects on an operational level.
  • Conducting research on topics as requested.

About you:

  • Highly motivated HR graduate with a tertiary qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline.
  • Analytics and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinker, strong initiative.
  • Sound administration and organisation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and easily.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
