In this role you'll have the opportunity to...

  • Maintain campaign touchpoints including outstanding material database, evergreen catalogue, amendment tracker, commissioning lists and others daily, as needed.
  • Commissioning of monthly On-Platform priorities for Foxtel Networks Australia, Fox Sports and external channels in both IBMS and Landmark.
  • Campaign Reporting, including Weekly Progress reporting, TARP reporting, Contra/Sponsorship reporting and End of Campaign reporting for all booked campaigns.
  • Running daily missing materials checks & ensuring all required material is available for Foxtel Networks Australia and Fox Sports playout.
  • Daily checking of promo placement across multiple broadcast logs.
  • Handling specific campaign placements, including curating promos within high profile program premieres
  • Delivery of campaigns to external channels via Adstream, including daily inventory checks.
  • Preparation and distribution of weekly promo material lists for external channels.
  • Coordination and monitoring of Sponsored and Contra promo placements.
  • Schedule campaigns to play out across Foxtel Now and Foxtel Go.
Your background should include

  • Experience in an entry level role in broadcast or TV
  • Stellar data entry skills, ensuring accuracy across multiple systems, is vital to succeed
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in IBMS is required
  • Exposure to Landmark is beneficial
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
