Blue Marble Health Services, a boutique Registered NDIS service provider based on the Gold Coast, is seeking individuals who are team players, creative problem-solvers, strategic thinkers, and excellent communicators.

As a member of our team, you will be working with SIL clients, and you should be comfortable with working in a challenging environment and adapting to changing circumstances.


Our company provides in-home care and community access services to clients with disabilities and complex mental health diagnoses who live independently or in supported accommodation settings.


To be considered for this position, you must meet several requirements:

  • Be willing to work shift work, regular sleepovers, weekends, public and/or school holidays with a minimum availability of 25-30 hours per week.
  • Possess clear communication skills and the ability to write accurate and detailed shift reports, including progress notes and incident reports.
  • Be willing to engage with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
  • Have a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
  • Possess a smartphone with internet access.
  • Hold the right to work in Australia.
  • Be able to work independently and maintain professional boundaries in line with the code of conduct.
  • Completed a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a similar discipline.
  • Hold a QLD driver's license and own a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
(must have comprehensive insurance).

  • Have a Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate and Blue Card.
  • Have received both COVID vaccinations and be open to more if they become mandatory.
  • Preferred: possess academic or professional experience in mental health.
  • Preferred: have experience working in a highly dynamic and challenging setting and proven ability to adapt well to change.
This position requires a long-term commitment, not a short-term one. Your role may include personal care, mental health care, domestic assistance, transport, social support, and meal preparation. The most important attributes you could bring to this industry are reliability, punctuality, and empathy.
