About the role


We are seeking a dynamic Human Relations - Enrolments and Marketing Officer to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks in relation to staffing, enrolments and school marketing and within our busy school office.

You will work as part of a highly collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.


The position requires a person who has:

  • High level of organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of initiative
  • A deep sense of care for all members of our community

The role has a broad range of responsibilities which include but is not limited to:

  • Assist with onboarding of new staff and contract preparation in accordance with BCE processes and school requirements and policies
  • Provide support to the principal to manage leave requests and enquiries
  • Work in conjunction with the school leadership team to manage all school enrolments from enquiry through to exiting
  • Assisting parents and visitors with relevant information
  • Administration of filing and online management systems (eMinerva)
  • Assisting with organisation of school events and activities
  • Oversee website administration and social media including regular updates of content, photos and videos
  • Assisting School Leadership with various tasks as directed

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
