In this position, your responsibilities will include:

The role involves leading and overseeing business subject matter experts in data migration activities for the Roads Asset Information Strategy and Implementation program. You will focus on addressing business issues and risks related to data, ensuring alignment with the Transport for NSW Asset Information Strategy. Moreover, you will lead a team of 9 individuals in this role.

The primary program in focus is the Road Asset Information Strategy Implementation (RAISI), a significant SAP technology transformation endeavor aimed at providing enterprise asset management solutions.

This position is based in Macquarie Park, offering flexibility between remote work and office-based work. Candidates will be required to be in the office 2 days a week, subject to business requirements.

About you

You should have proven experience in managing a RAMS (Roads Asset Management Systems) or similar system. Proficiency in handling road asset data sets and associated systems, data migration, acquisition, risks, defects, and governance is advantageous. You should excel in building cross-business relationships and leading teams to achieve project objectives effectively. Additionally, experience with SAP or similar EAMs in transformational technology projects is essential, especially in managing a team within a data project or program.

Essential requirements include a thorough understanding of industry trends and technology service principles, coupled with relevant qualifications in engineering or business/management disciplines.
