As the primary Microsoft cloud partner in ANZ, we are looking for a Senior Client Engagement Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience. Previous exposure to Microsoft Azure solutions, whether through Microsoft or its partners, is highly preferred. We are dedicated to supporting your success and invest substantially in tech and Microsoft events where your role will be vital.

About the role

As the Senior Client Engagement Manager for NSW, you will have a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and broadening our client base. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to identify new business prospects, establish strategic alliances, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in navigating intricate negotiations will be essential in closing deals and meeting revenue objectives.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to enhance revenue and market reach.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Foster and sustain solid relationships with decision-makers, industry influencers, and potential partners.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to recognize trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate across departments with marketing, product, and finance teams to coordinate strategies and ensure successful business projects.
  • Lead high-value contract negotiations and closures.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging cloud technologies, and market shifts.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge and report on the efficiency of business development initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing position, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience in market analysis and strategic business planning.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Background in technology and/or data analytics is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft product offerings.
