About the Role Are you a data enthusiast with a knack for transforming raw data into strategic insights?Do you thrive on innovation and using new tools and AI to provide a wow factor to data analytics? As the Senior Manager Business Intelligence, you will be at the forefront of our data strategy, shaping the future of our business through insightful analytics and robust BI solutions.

You will lead a talented team of BI and data professionals, ensuring we leverage our data to its fullest potential.

This opportunity will see you provide expert advice to the CFA Executive on trends and best practices.
You will oversee business intelligence and records management systems, ensuring consistent reporting and data analytics specifically.

You will lead the design and evaluation of data management systems to ensure data quality, accessibility and security and establish continuous improvement in data governance.

Additionally, you will manage the information lifecycle per legislative and governance standards, understanding system interdependencies and maintaining high industry standards to mitigate risks for CFA.

About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in IT, business intelligence or business analysis related discipline.

Experience leading and managing a Business Intelligence (BI) function with experience in the utilisation of modern BI tools.
Demonstrated thought leadership and adoption of innovative approaches to provide significant improvement through the use of technology.

Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across the business and at the senior executive level.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure and tight timeframes.
Strong understanding of theories, principles, processes, practices, and tools relating to data analysis, quality, management and governance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a team culture focused on service delivery and partnerships across CFA.
Understanding of Geospatial Intelligence Systems would be an advantage.
