Administration Coordinator
to join our NSW State Office team, on a full-time** basis.


Reporting to our Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of administration and resource management support to our Sydney-based aged care homes, all the while providing our residents and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.


You will possess highly developed communication and problem-solving skills, embrace the excitement of working across different locations and genuinely enjoy interacting with diverse teams and residents.

  • Cert III or IV in Business Administration (or similar) or previous experience in similar role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of influenza vaccination

  • C class drivers license and access to own vehicle
- full working rights in Australia.
