_The opportunity_

_ The position_
This role allows you to work in a thriving team while offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. You will work closely with customers to drive the collection of unpaid premiums using a targeted outbound approach.

This role ensures that all pre-legal opportunities to collect premiums have been exhausted before payment is pursued under legal action.

Ensuring employers comply with registration and premium requirements is a key function of this role.

This role will be offered on a permanent basis.

You possess excellent communication skills and can build trusting relationships.

You understand that settling debt without the need to resort to legal action is a 'win/ win' for the organisation and for our customers.

You will have experience in debt collection and exposure to the insurance industry would be viewed advantageously. Key to success will be your tenacity and resilience.
