Purpose of the Role: Join our team as a Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering customer-focused digital web solutions for insurance policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the success of our strategic delivery stream, prioritising key aspects of our digital platforms and ensuring consistency in customer experience.

Position Accountabilities:

  • Design and deliver customer and business-focused digital web solutions.
  • Prioritise and execute key parts of a strategic delivery stream.
  • Engage and perform Agile duties with your delivery team.
  • Actively contribute to a Community of Practice for Business Analysts.
  • Ensure consistency of customer experience in a digital web format.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to meet complex business requirements.
  • Produce requirements, stories, and tasks in coordination with a Product Owner.
  • Facilitate workshops to determine requirements and solutions.
  • Analyse business specifications and propose solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Internal Applicant Essential:
    • In-depth understanding of business systems, areas & products.
    • Significant web e-commerce experience.
    • In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and practices.
    • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Team player with attention to detail.
  • External Applicant Essential:
    • Previous Agile environment experience.
    • Experience with large technology stacks and stakeholder management.
    • Significant web e-commerce experience.
    • In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and practices.
  • Desired External and Internal:
    • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
    • Experience in financial and regulated industries.
    • Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.
    • Skills in organising and facilitating workshops.
