Purpose of the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst you will bring your experience & expertise . Engage with senior stakeholders to exceed expectations in our complex Enterprise systems landscape, driving A&G's growth as a challenger brand. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Infrastructure, IT Security, and business customers to document clear, consistent, and fit-for-purpose requirements. Be a key player in our strategic initiatives.

Position Accountabilities

  • Manage diverse requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop business case analysis and solution options.
  • Identify and optimize business processes and systems.
  • Assist in creating test plans and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build trusted relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain business process and requirements documents.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Align IT systems with business operations.
  • Facilitate meetings and interact with executive sponsors.
  • Participate in implementing on-premise, SaaS, and Cloud systems.
  • Build relationships, make quick decisions, and solve problems.
  • Communicate effectively to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Design and facilitate workshops.
  • Support project managers and technical/non-technical teams.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for significant issues.
  • Develop and present project communications to stakeholders.
  • Manage and support special projects as required.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of business analysis experience
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • IIBA - ECBA and/or IIBA-AAC Certification
  • Experience in financial and regulated industries
  • Proficient in Jira & Confluence
  • Infrastructure project experience (Cloud, on-prem, integration)
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and controls
  • Experience working with technical and business SMEs
  • Familiar with data analysis
  • Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods
  • Knowledge of Auto and General products and services
