What this opportunity involves:


As the Receptionist Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to all staff and visitors of our client, a global investment management firm.

Lead the delivery of a seamless, welcoming and professional experience for all stakeholders. Drive a professional, high-performance team to uphold the JLL and client brand to the highest standard.

An Overview of the role:

Lead an inspire the reception team, providing exceptional support and guidance

Produce and operate the reception schedule, optimising delivery and covering any absence

Review existing standards and procedures and implement best practice

Monitor budget and produce regular reporting

Assist the facilities in the induction and management of on-site contractors

Contribute to operational reporting within the account

Maintain the premises in a neat, professional condition

Effectively communicate operational risks and adhere to established escalation processes

Provide support to the regional, global leadership teams

Previous experience in premium corporate office or hospitality/events delivery

Track record of delivering quality client outcomes

Proactive and willing attitude to support various on-site tasks as part of a team

Proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement

Strong communicator, confident in engaging with various staff and visitors

Effective time management and planning skills

Problem solving skills and capable of dealing with ambiguity

Flexible to rapidly changing situations

Honest and trustworthy
