About the Opportunity_


Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for Full-time Control Room Officers who have a passion for providing security services with exceptional high customer service standards, at one of our high-end prestigious corporate facilities in
Paramatta.

Pay rate:_

  • Level 5 Security Services Award + Applicable Loadings & Penalties (permanent nights)_

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
  • Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems
  • Incident report writing and data logs.
  • Site safety and monitoring
  • Providing consistent high quality customer service
  • Control access to security sensitive areas
  • Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public.
  • Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
  • Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs.

12 hour shifts. 4 week rotating roster. Day and nightshift availability.

To qualify, you
must hold a current NSW Security License with a Crowd Controller component and a First Aid certificate.
