Ventia are currently looking to engage a motivated, articulate individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Defence Base Services (DBS) Integrity team.


  • This role will see you provide administrative support and ownership of various functions and is considered a vital position within our contract. This is a fulltime position working Monday
  • Friday at our Parramatta office. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

What you'll do:

  • Onboarding new vendors into SAP by reviewing documents and ensure the vendor meets Ventia requirements.
  • Complete deep data analysis and audits of vendor claims and report to team lead.
  • Review and update Subcontractor SOR's for Planned and Reactive Maintenance services.
  • Conduct system training for external stakeholders and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders in the Subcontractor portal.

About You:

  • You must be an Australian citizen.
  • A background in accounts payable, procurement or finance will be highly regarded.
  • SAP experience & MS Office particularly using MS Power Automate or MS Forms is advantageous.
  • Excellent problemsolving, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
