Read on As a State Sales Manager, here's what a typical day might look like for you: You will work closely with the business to deliver the long-term strategy for sales excellence within your team. You will develop a strong understanding of the customer segment and you will be responsible for adopting best practices to develop and implement growth strategies aligned maximising channel growth. Develop and implement innovative sales tactics to support and grow market leading brands and products. Ready for the challenge? Here's what you'll need. Experience, intelligence and energy to lead the sales capability of the Queensland team. Demonstrate the ability to mentor and coach to improve performance whilst driving home results.
