State Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our direct sales team in Queensland. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Sales Leadership: Manage and oversee all internal direct sales activity in Queensland, including door-to-door and events/kiosks.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow the sales team.
- KPI Development: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the direct sales channel.
- Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and train sales representatives to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the National Sales Manager and other stakeholders.
- Brand Protection: Ensure the company's brand and values are protected and promoted in the region.
- Event Management: Organize special events for door-to-door teams to sell at in Queensland.
- Sales Performance: Meet sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Experience: 1-2 years of direct door-to-door sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team of sales representatives, with a focus on developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales data and KPIs.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Qualifications: Australian-issued driver's license.
