Position Overview:


As a Marketing Assistant at Out Doors Inc., you will play a key role in crafting and disseminating our story.

Key Details:

  • Hours: We offer a parttime opportunity at 15.2 hours per week with flexible work options tailored to fit your life.
  • Reporting: To the Marketing Manager or as designated by the CEO.

What You'll Do:

  • Marketing Collateral & Communications: Generate dynamic marketing materials for print, digital, and social platforms. Ensure our digital presence, including websites and social media, reflects our brand's voice and mission.
  • Project Support: Assist in SEO campaigns, Google Ads, newsletter publication, and annual report creation, driving our online presence and audience engagement.
  • Event Planning & Delivery: Help organise and execute memorable events that align with our marketing objectives, from initial concept to successful completion.

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • You're skilled in digital marketing across various platforms, including social media, EDM campaigns, and Google Ads.
  • You have a proven track record of producing and distributing effective marketing materials.
  • Your communication skills are second to none, and you have a keen eye for detail.
  • Organising and managing your time effectively comes naturally to you.
  • You're independent, selfmotivated, and have experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign), Mailchimp, and WordPress.
