This role is a crucial support to Marketing for our venue, community and members. You will be working alongside our venue and central marketing team to execute, enhance and support marketing initiatives and channels including website, social media, email communication, collateral production and campaign coordination.

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week and is responsible for delivering measurable, solution driven and engaging local marketing activity.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Support the marketing team in the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, email communications and collateral production
  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist in the coordination of events and launches, including promotional activities and communications

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator who has a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years marketing experience, as a coordinator
  • Creative flair
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate to meet expectations
  • Graphic design (preferable, but not essential)
  • Demonstrated experience providing quality marketing content
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide array of stakeholders
  • High level of written communication skills
