YOUR ROLE


MACS is seeking a Chief of Staff to perform an integral role as the conduit between the Executive Director and senior business leaders whilst modelling the culture of excellence across the MACS office and schools.

The successful incumbent will oversee and lead strategic business initiatives, from development to execution, under the guidance of senior leadership, and to assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
Review, design and execute operational improvements.


Partnering with the leaders across the organisation, the Chief of Staff will ensure effective and efficient processes and practices are in place in the Office of the Executive Director.

Drive a strong cross-organisational communication pathway fostering collaboration across all levels of the organisation.

ABOUT YOU
You have proven successful experience driving strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders.


You have the ability to lead internal and external communications, media relations, including the corporate calendar to ensure accurate and purposeful engagement and communications from and within the office of the Executive Director.


You are a proactive and experienced individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven capability to consult, negotiate and drive outcomes in a complex business environment.

Proven experience implementing creative business solutions in an operational environment to manage organisation change will be highly regarded.
