About the Role:

The role requires the individual to coordinate and execute initiatives to help the organisation grow, perform cross-functional management and assist in the exercise of authority over the organisation's staff; ensuring team members submit assignments promptly.

Ultimately the role involves handling several principal duties, all focused on making time, information, and decision process more effective and efficient.

The objectives are to connect work streams that would otherwise remain sioled, act as a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization, and help the leadership team achieve sharp gains in productivity and impact.

Objectives of this Role To understand the business, perform project management all whilst communicating well and managing relationships.

The role will also require the individual to simplify complexity, conduct strategic thinking and problem analysis and manage the process of idea to execution.

Furthermore, the individual will need to consider the needs of the whole enterprise, possessing organizational and political intelligence.

Responsibilities The role will deputise for the CEO in his absence and be required to oversee all aspects of the business.

Meet with heads of verticals and allocate support/resources where needed.

Provide department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork across the organisation Temporarily lead various departments in the event of an organisational restructure.

Represent and report back to the CEO on projects driven by the CEO's office Ensure accountability across the teams in technology and business development objectives Develop KPI to monitor project and departmental progress Manage important projects well, helping the CEo to become better organised and informed by advising the CEO within the project parameters.

Decision Making Concisely collates information on which to make business decisions Balances short and long term considerations when making decisions Ensures decisions are made that support the Company's strategic goals Customer Success Assess current customer management systems in place, as well as customer success processes and practices.

Assess future needs based on growth of organisation, and geographic reach Generate customer management draft project plan to be prepared for csuite presentation.

Make recommendations for changes.
Upon team approval, implement plans from project Monitor success of implementation.

HR Support Resourcing processes and practices across org units Staff have to make lowlift cases for hiring and submit them to HR and the recruitment function — meets bimonthly — for approval Ensure technical and business team's culture building is at a level that can deal effectively without friction across aged care and hospitals.

Integrated calling centre system across the UK & Australia (resourcing Internal training materials created across aged care, hospitals, and pharmacy Understanding KPIs for ensuring we don't have a missed call rate below 90% (Ops)Accessible training materials (ie website).

Required Skills & Abilities Welldeveloped projectmanagement skills, being organised and disciplined, showing attention to detail and following up on matters intently to ensure the right results.
