Let's talk about the role


As the head of funding, you will play a pivotal role in leading Latitude's funding strategy and ongoing programme execution including, structuring securitisations, debt financing, managing relationships in debt markets, rating agencies, and legal counsel both in Australia and Internationally.


You'll be a SME in all thing's funding including secruritised structures globally, understanding and interpreting transaction documents and the ability to set up new trust structures as required.

- Taking end to end ownership of and optimize existing securitisation programmes- Lead all short to long-term funding planning and strategy and lead debt investor days- Structuring and management of new funding deals:

  • Provide support to M&A activities, leading the arrangement of any required funding facilities
  • Assist in the management of regulatory, rating agency and investor relations agendas across all funding structures
  • Assist in planning processes to forecast cost of funds, debt outstanding and contingent liquidity (headroom in facilities)
  • Ownership of management of all operational risks as they relating to funding and liquidity,
  • Leadership of staff and continuously develop own technical, commercial, and personal skills,
Who are you?

You will be an expert in secured funding with a strong background in structuring securitsation. Previous experience with retail and commercial banking products ideally in a Treasury environment will help. You will be an excellent communicator who can inspire and engage with key lenders and rating agencies. A collaborative team player with a knack for building strong relationships.
