Reporting into the Head of Digital and Customer Experience, the Digital Product Manager role is a critical role, responsible for delivering our strategic agenda and driving value through our award winning Group Insurance digital platform (LifeView) You will be responsible for strategic direction across business stakeholders, CX/UX, Product Owners and Scrum teams to ensure a cohesive and market leading digital value proposition and experience is brought to life.

You will succeed in doing so by clearly articulating and demonstrating measurable improvements in digital transactions across all customer journeys in our Group Insurance business, reducing cost to serve through digitizing paper or manual transactions and increasing client advocacy due to the transformative platform experience.

**About You**

A passionate and truly innovative Product or Digital Manager, you possess a minimum of 8+ years of demonstrated experience in a strategic digital function.

You have a proven track record in delivering digital transformations and a strong knowledge of the digital eco-system, which will enable you to own, create and execute on strategic product roadmaps.

You are not afraid to challenge the status quo, push boundaries and roll up your sleeves to dive deep into the customer journey, co-creating and crafting product strategies together with our Group Insurance partners to create a seamless and best-in-class experience. Obsessed with understanding customer interactions you leverage data points & analytics to track usage and deliver insights to future opportunities and business outcomes.

Lastly, you have the ability to manage a high-performing team and are committed to coaching, mentoring and developing your people to reach their full potential.
