About the role


The position will provide ongoing support to various functions within finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the cashier's office.

You will assist in ensuring and all day-to-day operational tasks are completed.


Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and solve problems constructively, along with a history of administrative excellence.

High quality computer skills are essential for this role with particular emphasis on accurate data entry. Previous experience in a community or health environment is desirable.

  • Handling of cash
  • Preparation and reconciliation of daily bank deports
  • Maintenance of debtor files
  • Daily batch processing
  • Point of contact for customer queries
