This role is a hybrid role where you will attend the office 3 days and do 2 days from home.

What this role involves:

  • Analysing utility data to inform budgets, financial analysis, and drive sustainability goals.
  • Monitoring changes in utility rates, tariffs, and regulations to assess their impact on costs and operations.
  • Troubleshooting issues around energy and water billing.
  • Developing and managing utility budgets, forecasts, and accruals.
  • Analysing and validating utility data, including energy and water bills, consumption patterns, and rates.
  • Identifying trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement in utility consumption and costs.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, utility companies, and other relevant parties to gather timely and accurate information.
  • Conducting benchmarking analysis to compare energy consumption and costs against established standards.
  • Collaborating with the operations team and other stakeholders to understand drivers behind utility usage.
  • Assisting in gathering and compiling data for sustainability reporting.
  • Engaging with utility representatives and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and address utility-related issues.
  • Ensuring accurate utility data collection and reporting by collaborating with internal teams.
