We're seeking a talented Forecasting Analyst to join our team, who will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality forecasts and insights that inform our strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable forecasting models to predict customer numbers, usage patterns, and gas & electricity loads.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business unit strategies and optimize value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of forecasting data and analytics.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in forecasting and analytics.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, science, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with experience in using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data sources, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
