Digital Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team at AGL Energy. As a key member of our Digital Product team, you will play a critical role in driving sales and service adoption by identifying key opportunities that enhance the digital customer experience across core channels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead stakeholder discussions to define initiative objectives and requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and technical capabilities.
- Break down requirements into features, epics, and stories to ensure thorough coverage and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Assist the Product Owner in shaping initiatives and managing risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Define and communicate user stories and acceptance criteria to developers and testers, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies like backlog refinement and sprint planning, promoting collaboration and effective team dynamics.
- Contribute to improving team standards and practices for greater efficiency and quality, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Previous experience delivering initiatives end-to-end in an agile environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and align individual stakeholders and teams, building strong relationships and trust.
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and effectively manage, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
