As the Program Manager, Group Programs & Initiatives, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning and approval of effective transformational programs associated with the Group Operational Services (GOS) portfolio.

You will develop and oversee mechanisms to track and report on the progress against program objectives to monitor success. This includes development and implementation of governance systems and risk management. You will engage with and create effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, including the ability to influence C-level executives.

You'll have

  • Significant project and program management experience, ideally across service optimisation or operating model design
  • Ability to balance customer and commercial focus
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into detailed plans, coupled with strong influencing and relationship management skills
  • Ability to deal with senior stakeholders (both internal and external parties) on complex issues to influence and adding value to the business
  • The ability to identify business performance improvement opportunities through logical problem solving, strategic, analytical and financial evaluation skills
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities and can provide highly detailed insights
  • Proven cost management, political and planning skills
  • The ability to think strategically in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Change Management, Commerce or a related discipline is preferable
