About the role
While supported by your manager, you will have the autonomy to drive initiatives and engage with stakeholders that value your contribution.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead our injury and claims management processes and comply with our Return to Work (RTW) obligations.
About you
You have strong analytical and problem solving, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills allow you to influence key internal stakeholders and motivate employees to return to work.
The role requires an expert in injury management and workers compensation legislation and entitlements in Victoria, so we are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who have:
- Relevant qualifications in an Allied Health Degree and completion of VIC WorkSafe RTW Coordinator course
- Detailed knowledge of current WorkCover legislation
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of workplacebased Injury & Claims Management programs
