Overview

As a Return to Work (RTW) Specialist, you'll take the lead in identifying and achieving recovery and RTW outcomes for injury claims. Your role involves assessing claims at risk of delays in return to work and collaborating with case managers to overcome Return to Work Barriers.

How you'll make an impact

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise on recovery and RTW within your team
  • Managing a portfolio of high-risk injury claims
  • Supporting Senior Case Managers with claim conferencing
  • Identifying risk factors for strategic recovery and RTW goals
  • Addressing potential secondary psychological injuries
  • Conducting RTW visits and case conferences
  • Applying a person-centered approach to support injured workers

About you

We're seeking an enthusiastic RTW Expert who:

  • Has experience in Workers Compensation or RTW
  • Possesses knowledge of Personal Injury Management concepts
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Has experience leading teams and coaching others
  • Holds a relevant qualification or equivalent experience
