ABOUT THE ROLE


As the
Quality System Officer, you will coordinate and maintain all aspects of the Indesco quality system (Business Management System).

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain the procedures, policies and templates that form the Business Management System (BMS)
  • Coordinate all aspects planning, doing, checking and improving the BMS
  • Manage internal audits
  • Coordinate and participate in external audits
  • Manage and maintain BMS documentation
  • Coordinate training of BMS representatives
  • Coordinate resolution and close outs for OFIs and noncompliances
  • Implement system improvements
  • Provide administrative and project assistance as part of the business support team

EXPERIENCE

  • Two years' experience in quality system administration essential
  • Construction industry experience highly desirable.
