About the role
In this role you will be working as part of a team or automonously at one of our collection sites throughout Shepparton and surrounding areas.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Collect samples (blood and non-blood) with care and attention:
Keep meticulous records for every patient and sample:
Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing
In this role you will perform both inpatient and oupatient collections. Training provided
About you
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
Show a high level of empathy, communication, and customer service:
Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills:
Confidence and ability to work autonomously and within a small team:
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy, diploma of nursing, or relevant experience or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection is required:
Flexible to work extra hours to cover leave at other surrounding areas
