About the Medical and Cognitive Research Unit
The Medical and Cognitive Research Unit (MCRU) is a research-focused unit within Austin Health, conducting clinical trials in various neurodegenerative disorders. Our team comprises study coordinators, medical investigators, administrative staff, a recruitment officer, and neuropsychologists.
About the Neuropsychologist Position
We are seeking a Neuropsychologist (Grade 2) to join our team for 3 days a week. The successful candidate will administer, score, and interpret neuropsychological evaluations and psychometric assessments in accordance with research protocols.
About the Role
The Neuropsychologist will work closely with our research team to develop and implement neuropsychological assessments, analyze data, and contribute to the development of research protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to excellence in patient care and research, and a keen interest in developing their skillset.
