About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in the management of spinal cord-injured patients, including complete and incomplete traumatic injuries. As a key member of the Victorian Spinal Cord Injury Service, you will work closely with a highly experienced and specialized state-wide team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional clinical care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, including 1:1 and group sessions, aquatic therapy, complex seating and equipment prescription, and discharge planning.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy student placements in the spinal rehabilitation unit.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.

  • Experience in acute or subacute spinal cord injured patients.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a large multidisciplinary team.
