    The Role
  • Are you an accomplished investment governance expert with a demonstrated background in superannuation with experience in conducting investment research and analysis? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Investment Governance Manager to join our team, focusing on researching, analysing and implementing investment options for our WRAP platform. This role supports the end client through the provision of investment governance activities, policies, processes and frameworks leading to better member and investor outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Your role will oversee the design, development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of investment related matters to improve member and investor outcomes and ensure compliance with investment governance policy and regulatory requirements. You will conduct investment research, manage recommendation papers for board and investment committees for investment menu changes across platform menus ensuring oversight and adherence to governance requirements. You will foster and enhance Insignia's connections with fund managers and external stakeholders, transforming them into meaningful partnerships, as needed for the Insignia platform's investment offerings.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Unwavering dedication to achieving excellence in enhancing the financial prospects of Australians, both clients and members, is paramount. You possess proven expertise within the financial services sector, particularly in roles related to investment product management or governance. Your experience encompasses overseeing and cultivating fund managers.
  • You will have a robust grasp of the financial landscape, including superannuation, investment products, and intricate structures is integral to your background. Your knowledge extends to managed funds and listed securities, reflecting a comprehensive industry understanding. You flourish in intricate environments; you exhibit a talent for instilling operational excellence. Navigating complexity is your forte, and you have the capacity to propel this attribute within the organisation. Your penchant for fostering collaborative partnerships resonates throughout the organisation. You excel in forging robust connections across various business domains. Should you bring experience in Investment Research and board writing to the table, it will be held in high regard.
