About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Investments Manager to join our Technology Finance team at CommBank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing financial management, planning, and controls services to Group and Business Unit CIOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide decision support for Technology's strategic initiatives, including advice on capitalisation of investments
  • Provide accurate forecasting, effective management reporting, and financial control for strategic investments
  • Deliver meaningful insights to drive better business outcomes, including cost optimisation and process simplification
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysis
  • Strong project accounting and financial skills
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis
  • The ability to guide, advise, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills
