- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development manager role, with strong knowledge in investment management, financial data collection and management, investment structures, and portfolio construction.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within a data analytics, FinTech, investment research, financial planning, or funds management organization.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Network and Reputation: A broad, current, and credible funds management relationship network, as well as platforms and paraplanning groups.
- Sales Results: Proven sales results, with a strong reputation as a team player with demonstrable client relationship management skills.
