The role
Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Accounts Payable Officer, based at Stafford, Brisbane.

Working within the centralised Finance department within a team of experienced staff, primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coding and data entry of invoices
  • Checking data entry of invoices for accuracy
  • Filing of invoices and other paperwork for/from payment processing
  • Reconciling Travel Card
  • Completing EFT, BPays and International payment runs and other adhoc payments
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Performing End of Month functions
  • Liaison with site Administrators

The essentials
Excellent communication and reconciliation skills are essential for success in this role. You will have a proven ability to work within a large team environment.

In addition, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years full accounts payable experience within a highvolume environment
  • A high level of computer literacy including Excel, with Pronto & Oracle experience viewed favourably
  • The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the success of a team with competing priorities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • A commitment to quality, service and innovation
  • Professional manner and appearance
