As part of this exciting role, your tasks will include the following:

  • Use of compass plus, RP data
  • Reviewing existing listings and ensuring they are consistently up to date
  • Responsible for all marketing for new listings
  • Supporting the Sales team and working closely with multiple directors
  • Assisting the leadership team with all administrative tasks as required

To be successful, you will need to have:

  • Similar experience and/or Real Estate/Land sales experience
  • VIC Agents Representative Certificate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional liaison skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Punctual and reliable
