Some of your Key responsibilities will be:
- Demonstrating Leadership - Utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
- Developing and Building Teams - Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

Ensure regular effective performance appraisals are conducted and all associates achieve their development plans. Ensure all associates meet their training requirements.

What we value for this role:
