Your new role

  • Investigating and verifying credit requests received including checking supporting information and charges on customer invoice.
  • Recharging to customer accounts
  • Liaising with various BU's regarding credits and providing feedback on incorrect information
  • Liaising with customers and BU's for dispute resolution

Your skills and experience

  • Strong customer service skills (internal & external) both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management.
  • Ability to build credibility, rapport and influence with lines of business and external stake holders
  • A high level of judgement, integrity and professionalism
  • Selfmotivated, proactive and enthusiastic
  • Strong understanding of Root Cause Failure methodology and Continuous Improvement practices.
  • Highly developed human relationship skills in areas of customer service, negotiation, influence and change.
  • A proven background in dispute resolution management
  • Sound knowledge in standard MS Suite of products.
